Charalambos Constandinou was born in Limassol. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the law firm Charalambos Constandinou & Co. LLC and PhD candidate in International Economic Law at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a scholarship holder of the National Scholarships Foundation Cyprus, and he also holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from The University of Nottingham Law School in the United Kingdom. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2013.

His research interests focus on the fields of international economic law, international commercial law, EU law, and banking law. He speaks Greek and English.
